The Delhi authorities has ordered liquor retailers and different institutions serving liquor within the metropolis to stay closed from February 3 to five on the day of voting and on February 8, the day the outcomes are declared. In a current notification issued by the Delhi Excise Commissioner, the day of polling and counting of votes for the 70-member Delhi Meeting has been declared as ‘dry day’ beneath the Excise Guidelines-2010 for varied excise licenses.
The notification mentioned, it’s ordered that there might be a dry day from 6 pm on February 3 to six pm on February 5 and on February 8, the day of counting.
