ओडिशा पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने जीआरपी कांस्टेबल सौम्य रंजन की हत्या के मामले में एक और आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी की पहचान प्रदीप मंगराज उर्फ दीपू (46) के रूप में हुई है, जो भुवनेश्वर में बलियांटा पुलिस थाना क्षेत्र के बेनुपुर गांव का रहने वाला है।
