Cheteshwar Pujara: भारतीय टीम के दूसरे दीवार के नाम से जाने वाले चेतेश्वर पुजारा ने क्रिकेट के सभी फॉर्मेट से संन्यास का ऐलान कर दिया है. वो लंबे समय तक टेस्ट में टीम इंडिया के लिए दीवार बनकर खड़े रहे. अब पुजारा ने 37 साल की उम्र में क्रिकेट को अलविदा कर दिया है. उन्होंने 103 टेस्ट मैचों में कुल 7195 रन बनाए हैं, जिसमें 19 शतक शामिल है. अब पुजारा के संन्यास पर पूरा क्रिकेट जगह उन्हें भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दे रहा है. 

सचिन तेंदुलकर ने पुजारा के लिए एक्स पर लिखा, ‘पुजारा, आपको तीसरे नंबर पर खेलते देखना हमेशा सुकून देने वाला रहा. आप हर बार खेलते हुए शांत, साहस और टेस्ट क्रिकेट के प्रति गहरा प्रेम लेकर आए. आपकी मजबूत तकनीक, धैर्य और दबाव में संयम टीम के लिए एक मजबूत स्तंभ रहा है. ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 2018 में सीरीज जीत कई उपलब्धियों में से स्पेशल है, यह आपके अविश्वसनीय लचीलेपन और मैच जिताऊ रनों के बिना संभव नहीं होता.’
