UP: Raza-e-Mustafa Mosque, 33 homes… Bulldozers can run once more in Sambhal; DM gave these orders

A giant controversy has emerged in Chandausi metropolis of Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. Details about unlawful mosques and homes being constructed on the municipality land in Waris Nagar has been revealed. About 6 and a half bighas of land of the municipality have been illegally occupied. The DM has instructed 34 constructions together with the mosque, wherein 33 homes have been instructed to look at the paperwork. Gulabo Devi, a minister of Yogi authorities, is a resident of this space.

Sambhal District Justice of the Peace Rajendra Pensia took inventory of the matter throughout Tehsil Day and located that this land belonged to the municipality. Its investigation has been handed over to the Tehsildar and SDM. The DM mentioned that the matter was being investigated by the Tehsildar for a while. The report was already submitted to the Deputy District Justice of the Peace. He additionally mentioned that if any encroachment is discovered, it will likely be demolished in line with the legislation. The disputed land is unfold over about 6.5 bighas.

Grievance was made to the municipality

The municipality Chandausi had complained to the Tehsil administration that the Raza-e-Mustafa Mosque inbuilt Laxmanganj space Waris Nagar and the homes round it are constructed on authorities property. After this grievance, Sambhal DM Rajendra Pencia and SP Krishna Bishnoi reached the spot and inspected your entire space. DM reached the spot and took inventory of the scenario.

FIR might be on promoting or occupying land

The DM ordered that an FIR can be lodged towards anybody who bought authorities land or captured it. DM Rajendra Pensia clearly mentioned that no matter unlawful occupation on authorities land is, they are going to be eliminated. Through the inspection of Tehsil Day, Sambhal DM Rajendra Pensia took inventory of the land of the company in Waris Nagar underneath the Chandausi Nagar Palika Parishad and located that unlawful building was being completed on the land.
