Washington has gained a a lot better understanding of Russia’s place on the Ukraine battle following the current sequence of bilateral talks, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated.
Rubio made the remarks on Wednesday in an interview with The Free Press, saying the US has been looking for to understand what the Russian place is.
“We’ve got a greater understanding of that now as a result of we’ve truly spoken to them after three years of not talking to them,” he said.
