Did not complain about strained relationship…Mumbai court commented on Air India female pilot suicide case

Mumbai Court has made important comments in the case of suicide of Air India female pilot Srishti Tuli in Mumbai. The court said that Srishti Tuli had not made any complaint about her strained relationship with the accused. Along with this, the court granted bail to Aditya Pandit, arrested for instigating female pilot Srishti Tuli to commit suicide. The court gave this decision on 27 December. Aditya Pandit was arrested by the police after the complaint of the female pilot’s family. Family members had alleged that he used to harass the female pilot.

The court said in its order that the woman had not complained to her family or any other authority about their strained relationship. The court granted bail to Aditya Pandit on several conditions, including that he will cooperate in the police investigation.

On the other hand, Tuli’s family had opposed Pandit’s bail plea, claiming that their daughter had died under mysterious circumstances and it should be investigated.

The female pilot did not make any complaint

In the bail order, the court said, three examples have been given in the FIR regarding the strained relationship between the applicant and the deceased. However, the deceased had neither complained to his family members nor to any other authority about the actions of the applicant.

During the hearing in the court, Aditya Pandit’s lawyer Aniket Nikam said that after taking into account the allegations made by the Tuli family in the complaint, no case of abetment to suicide is made out.

Nikam said that since there were fights between Aditya Pandit and Srishti Tuli, it does not mean that Aditya Pandit had any criminal intentions.

Accused Aditya Pandit got bail

Let us inform that Powai Police had arrested Aditya Pandit on November 26, 2024 on the complaint of Tuli’s father, who claimed that he had argued with him and harassed him over eating non-vegetarian food.

On November 25, Aditya Pandit, who was staying with Tuli for four to five days before the incident, returned to Delhi. At that time Tuli called her and told her what she was going to do?

In his bail plea, Pandit said that when Tuli did not answer his calls, he returned to Mumbai and visited her house. He said that when Tuli did not open the door of his house, he called the key maker and got the house opened and found that he was dead. After this he took him to the hospital, but by then he had died.
